Being well can be a tricky balance to find in the fast lane lives we lead these days, although the intention is to make changes for the better, making changes can become stressful challenges on oneself.

I am here to help you focus on the health of your mind, body, emotions and spirit to create with you the steps required for the lifestyle transformation that you desire.​

My experience and training over the past 30 years includes mindfulness, dance movement modalities, massage, anatomy & physiology, Chinese medicine & healing. The breadth of my training has sustained a broad knowledge base to create a realistic and bespoke programme for change.

I have the tools and compassion to both aid and empathise with the impact that painful experiences and trauma might have on mental and emotional health, as well as physical ailments. Together we can embark on this journey to brighter pastures for you.
